Rice Sample Submit or Sequence Query
Submit Instructions
  1. Now, support one sample online submit, the Name and Email will be used to submit and query history.
  2. Online report will be generated in real-time, for example: Sample_DRR000463
  3. Upload file must be named with sample's name and extension with .vcf (example), this VCF-like file can be extracted from your population VCF file using our Perl Script
  4. The file size must <= 50M, big file can be compressed to .tgz, .tar, .gz, .tar.gz, .bz2, .tar.bz2, .zip, .rar before submission.
  5. Multiple samples VCF file uploads can contact the website manager, and register as web-user to decide whether to open your's data.
